工程類碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生校企協(xié)同培養(yǎng)模式研究
——以江蘇理工學(xué)院為例
摘 要 工程類碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位是與工程領(lǐng)域任職資格相聯(lián)系的專業(yè)學(xué)位,強調(diào)工程性、實踐性和應(yīng)用性,校企協(xié)同是其人才培養(yǎng)的有效途徑。文章分析了目前工程類碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)過程中存在的問題,提出優(yōu)化校企協(xié)同創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)模式的措施,進一步提升研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,為地方企業(yè)輸送更優(yōu)質(zhì)的高層次創(chuàng)新人才。

Research on the Collaborative Training Model between School and Enterprise
for Master's Degree Students in Engineering

Abstract A master's degree in engineering is a professional degree related to qualifications in the field of engineering, emphasizing engineering, practicality, and applicability. Collaboration between schools and enterprises is an effective way to cultivate talents. The article analyzes the problems in the current process of cultivating master's degree students in engineering, and proposes measures to optimize the collaborative innovation training mode between schools and enterprises, further improving the quality of graduate training and delivering higher quality innovative talents to local enterprises.
