新疆高師院校大學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)支教現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查

摘 要 教育實(shí)習(xí)是教師培養(yǎng)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，是提高高等師范院校學(xué)生教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力教育教學(xué)的重要組成部分。通過(guò)對(duì)新疆大學(xué)生參加實(shí)習(xí)支教工作的情況進(jìn)行調(diào)研，發(fā)現(xiàn)新疆師范類高師院校大學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)支教工作開展情況及存在的問(wèn)題，并提出了合理建議，以期為以后高師院校開展實(shí)習(xí)支教工作提供借鑒和參考。

Survey on the Current Situation of Internship Teaching Support for

College Students in Xinjiang Normal Universities

Abstract Educational practice is an important aspect of teacher training， and it is an important part of education and teaching to develop the teaching practice ability of students in higher normal schools. Through the investigation of college students' participation in internship and teaching in Xinjiang， it is discovered that the internship and teaching work of college students in Xinjiang Normal Higher Education Institutions and existing problems are discovered， and reasonable suggestions are put forward， in order to provide reference and reference for the internship and teaching work of colleges and universities in the future.

1  研究背景

2007年，教育部頒發(fā)了《關(guān)于大力推進(jìn)師范生實(shí)習(xí)支教工作的意見》，明確了師范生實(shí)習(xí)支教的意義并強(qiáng)調(diào)各地應(yīng)積極安排和接收高師院校師范生到農(nóng)村學(xué)校進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)支教[1]。（剩余4507字）
