高校就業(yè)指導工作中的思政教育創(chuàng)新研究

摘要：隨著高校的不斷擴招，應屆畢業(yè)生的人數、應往屆需就業(yè)的人數也在逐年增加，當前高校畢業(yè)生面臨著嚴峻的就業(yè)形勢。在這一背景之下，高校的就業(yè)指導工作愈發(fā)重要，教師通過將就業(yè)指導與思政教育緊密結合，引導大學生樹立正確的就業(yè)擇業(yè)觀，成為當下高校就業(yè)指導工作的主要任務。

AbstractWith the continuous enrollment expansion of colleges and universities，the number of fresh graduates and the number of former graduates who need employment are also increasing year by year. At present，college graduates are facing a severe employment situation. Under this background，employment guidance in colleges and universities is becoming more and more important. Teachers guide college students to establish a correct view of employment and career choice by closely combining employment guidance with ideological and political education，which has become the main task of employment guidance in colleges and universities at present.
