多管齊下強(qiáng)基創(chuàng)新

——廈門(mén)大學(xué)人文學(xué)院心理育人工作的探討與思考

摘要：文章以廈門(mén)大學(xué)人文學(xué)院為例，從實(shí)施路徑及效果、經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法及主要成效、思考與啟示三個(gè)方面，對(duì)學(xué)院創(chuàng)建校級(jí)三全育人之“心理育人”專(zhuān)項(xiàng)試點(diǎn)單位的工作進(jìn)行梳理與總結(jié)。這對(duì)當(dāng)前其他高校進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)“心理育人”工作，具備一定的借鑒價(jià)值。

AbstractTaking the College of Humanities of Xiamen University as an example，this paper combs and summarizes the work of establishing the special pilot unit of "psychological education" in the school from three aspects：implementation path and effect，experience and practice，main effects，thinking and enlightenment. This has certain reference value for other colleges and universities to further promote the work of "psychological education".
