摘要:醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生類高職院校在母嬰健康服務(wù)技能人才培養(yǎng)方面長(zhǎng)期存在“工”“學(xué)”脫離、崗位實(shí)踐規(guī)模受限等問(wèn)題。文章對(duì)母嬰健康工學(xué)結(jié)合的難點(diǎn)、混合學(xué)習(xí)的優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析,并探索混合學(xué)習(xí)在工學(xué)結(jié)合中的應(yīng)用模式構(gòu)建、具體實(shí)施、實(shí)施成效及問(wèn)題等方面,以期為混合學(xué)習(xí)、工學(xué)結(jié)合的開(kāi)展、教育信息化建設(shè)措施提供實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Study on the Application of Blended Learning in the Combination of Work and Learning in Maternal and Infant Health

AbstractMedical and health higher vocational colleges have long had problems in the training of skilled personnel in maternal and infant health services,such as the separation of "work" and "learning" and the limited scale of post practice. Taking the author's school as an example,this paper analyzes the difficulties of the combination of work and learning in maternal and infant health and the advantages of mixed learning,and discusses and reflects on the reform practice of the application mode construction,specific implementation,implementation results and problems of mixed learning in the combination of work and learning,in order to provide practical experience for the development of mixed learning,the combination of work and learning,and the construction of educational informatization.
