基于技能大賽視角的高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)研究

摘要    針對(duì)當(dāng)前高等職業(yè)院校學(xué)生就業(yè)問題，文章分析了影響職業(yè)院校學(xué)生就業(yè)的各種因素，討論了技能大賽對(duì)提升高職學(xué)生就業(yè)的重要性，研究了技能大賽改進(jìn)策略，為促進(jìn)高等職業(yè)院校學(xué)生就業(yè)提供了指導(dǎo)。

Research on the Employment of Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Skills Competition

Abstract    In view of the current employment problems of students in higher vocational colleges，various factors affecting the employment of students in vocational colleges were analyzed，and the importance of skill competitions in improving the employment of higher vocational students was discussed. The improvement strategy of skill competition was studied. The method provides guidance for promoting the employment of students in higher vocational colleges.
