聚焦護理英語課程教學(xué)改革培養(yǎng)國際化護理人才

摘要    隨著全球化進程的發(fā)展，國際人口流動頻繁，涉外醫(yī)護服務(wù)需求的增加，導(dǎo)致目前國際化護理人才的質(zhì)量和數(shù)量還遠遠不能滿足新形勢下的崗位需求。相關(guān)人才培養(yǎng)院校需要重新審視傳統(tǒng)的護理英語課程教學(xué)，在教育理念、課程資源、教學(xué)方法、師資建設(shè)等方面開展全方位的改革實踐。

Focus on the Teaching Reform of Nursing English Course and Cultivation of International Nursing Talents

Abstract    With the development of globalization，the frequent international population flow and the increasing demand for foreign-related medical services，the current quality and quantity of international nursing talents are far from meeting the job requirements under the new situation. Relevant talent training institutions need to re-examine the traditional nursing English teaching，and carry out all-round reform and practice in the aspects of educational philosophy，curriculum resources，teaching methods，teacher construction and so on.

1    培養(yǎng)國際化護理人才的背景
