“三全育人”視閾下大學生就業(yè)勝任力培養(yǎng)路徑研究

摘要  “三全育人”視域下培養(yǎng)新時代大學生就業(yè)勝任力，不僅可以幫助大學生合理進行生涯規(guī)劃，有意識地提高自身就業(yè)能力，也能給畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)提供幫助。文章針對新時代大學生就業(yè)勝任力培養(yǎng)過程中存在的一系列實際問題及培養(yǎng)路徑進行了詳細分析，積極促進新時代大學生就業(yè)勝任力的培養(yǎng)工作。

AbstractCultivating the employment competence of college students in the new era from the perspective of “Three complete education”can not only help the college students to plan their career rationally，but also help them to improve their employment ability consciously. This paper makes a detailed analysis of a series of practical problems and training paths in the process of cultivating the employment competence of college students in the new era，and actively promotes the work of cultivating the employment competence of college students in the new era.
