高職院校教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)績效管理問題及解決措施

摘要  績效管理是實(shí)現(xiàn)高職院校教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)目標(biāo)的重要保障，文章分析了高職院校教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)績效管理中存在的目標(biāo)不明確、方案不合理和激勵(lì)機(jī)制不完善等問題，并提出了解決措施。

Problems and Solutions of Teaching Team Performance Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractPerformance management is an important guarantee to realize the goal of teaching team construction in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance management of teaching team in higher vocational colleges，such as unclear goal，unreasonable scheme and imperfect incentive mechanism，and puts forward the solutions.
