基于OBE理念的應(yīng)用型本科院校園林專業(yè)植物組織培養(yǎng)課程教學(xué)改革與實踐探討
——以銅仁學(xué)院為例
摘 要:該文在分析園林專業(yè)植物組織培養(yǎng)課程特點和課程目標的基礎(chǔ)上,討論該課程內(nèi)容的重組和優(yōu)化,提出基于OBE理念的教學(xué)各環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)計,合理分配所需理論知識點,實現(xiàn)對專業(yè)能力和非專業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng),滿足生產(chǎn)企業(yè)對專業(yè)人才能力的需求。

Abstract: In this paper, the content of course was reconstructed and optimized based on analyzing objective and characteristics of Plant Tissue Culture, teaching link was redesigned, required theoretical knowledge points were reallocated, and the cultivation of professional and non-professional abilities were realized to meet the needs of production enterprises for professional talents based on OBE.

OBE(Outcome Based Education)指的是產(chǎn)出導(dǎo)向教育,即根據(jù)人才培養(yǎng)目標預(yù)判學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成果角度來設(shè)定畢業(yè)要求,根據(jù)畢業(yè)要求倒推得到師資隊伍、課程體系和各課程目標等的合理配置,堅持以學(xué)生為中心,通過持續(xù)改進不斷提高應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的教育模式。(剩余6602字)
