導(dǎo)師參與研究生黨建工作的創(chuàng)新機(jī)制探究

——以同濟(jì)大學(xué)為例

摘  要：研究生黨建工作是高校進(jìn)行思政教育的有效載體，當(dāng)前導(dǎo)師參與研究生黨建工作需求迫切但機(jī)制薄弱，該文提出通過打造全鏈條式黨建引領(lǐng)體系、推動(dòng)以學(xué)風(fēng)促黨建支部設(shè)置等方式，推進(jìn)黨建制度落實(shí)，創(chuàng)新師生共建機(jī)制，以期為導(dǎo)師參與研究生黨建工作挖潛力、注活力、添動(dòng)力。

Abstract： The Party building work of postgraduate studentsis an effective carrier for ideological and political education in universities. Currently supervisors have a strong demand for participating in the postgraduate Party building work but the mechanism is relatively weak. This paper proposed the implementation of Party building system， which devised a novel teacher-student co-construction mechanism， in order to tap potentials， bring vigor and enrich motivation for supervisors to participate in postgraduate Party building work.
