特有少數(shù)民族人才培育實踐研究

——基于云南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)經(jīng)驗探析

摘  要：針對云南特有少數(shù)民族人才培育問題，結(jié)合云南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)20多年開辦特有民族班實踐探索，總結(jié)回顧20多年來的招生情況、特有民族班辦班舉措和成效，找出培育過程中存在的問題，提出改進的建議對策。

Abstract： In view of the problem of talent cultivation of the unique ethnic minorities in Yunnan， combined with the practical exploration of the unique ethnic class in Yunnan Agricultural University in the past 20 years， this paper summarizes and reviews the situation of enrollment and the measures and results of the unique ethnic class in the past 20 years. The study finds out the existing problems in the cultivation process， and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for improvement.
