Automatic Infrared Image Detection of High-voltage Distribution Cabinets Based on Intelligent Robots

Abstract:Toautomaticallydetectanyabnormalitiesintheelectricalequipmentinsidethehigh-voltagedistributioncabinet,such asovereating,shortcircuit,poorcontact,etc.,andimprovethereliabilityandstabiltyfthepowersystem,anintellgntobot basedinfraredimageautomaticdetectionmethodforhigh-voltagedistributioncabinetsisproposed.Theprojectionmatrixand singlevisionmeasurementmethodareusedtodeterminethehorzontaldistancebetweenthetargetobedetectedandthenfrared sensorinstalledontherobot.Therobot vision isautomaticallycalibrated basedon the horizontal distanceand Zhang Zhengyou calibrationmethod.VisualautomaticcalibrationandHSV3componentreconstructionmethodareconbinedtodeterminethestatus of internalpartsinhigh-voltagedistributioncabinetinfraredimagedetection,andaidealstateeviationdegrissttoachieve detectionarea adjustment.Theimagefeaturepontsarecalcuatedcoresponding toregion entropyintheadjusteddetectionarea, feature point matchingisconducted basedonaffne transformation function,andbycombinationwith imagedetectionfunction, automaticinfraredimagedetectionof high-voltagedistributioncabinetisachieved.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthe proposedmethodhasfavourableinfraredimageautomaticdetectionefectofthehigh-voltagedistributioncabinetwithhigh accuracy and reliable automatic detection results.
