Automatic Infrared Image Detection of High-voltage Distribution Cabinets Based on Intelligent Robots

Abstract：Toautomaticallydetectanyabnormalitiesintheelectricalequipmentinsidethehigh-voltagedistributioncabinet，such asovereating，shortcircuit，poorcontact，etc.，andimprovethereliabilityandstabiltyfthepowersystem，anintellgntobot basedinfraredimageautomaticdetectionmethodforhigh-voltagedistributioncabinetsisproposed.Theprojectionmatrixand singlevisionmeasurementmethodareusedtodeterminethehorzontaldistancebetweenthetargetobedetectedandthenfrared sensorinstalledontherobot.Therobot vision isautomaticallycalibrated basedon the horizontal distanceand Zhang Zhengyou calibrationmethod.VisualautomaticcalibrationandHSV3componentreconstructionmethodareconbinedtodeterminethestatus of internalpartsinhigh-voltagedistributioncabinetinfraredimagedetection，andaidealstateeviationdegrissttoachieve detectionarea adjustment.Theimagefeaturepontsarecalcuatedcoresponding toregion entropyintheadjusteddetectionarea， feature point matchingisconducted basedonaffne transformation function，andbycombinationwith imagedetectionfunction， automaticinfraredimagedetectionof high-voltagedistributioncabinetisachieved.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthe proposedmethodhasfavourableinfraredimageautomaticdetectionefectofthehigh-voltagedistributioncabinetwithhigh accuracy and reliable automatic detection results.
