Zhejiang Dahua Technology Co.,Ltd.,Hangzhou 310o53,China; 2.ZhejiangProvincialKeyLaboratoryof HarmonizedApplicationofVisionandTransmision,Hangzhou31Oo53,China) Abstract:IK,astheprotectionleveloftheelectrical equipmentshellmechanicalimpact,isanimportantteststandardinthe structuraldesignprocessInthisstudy,theIK1O(2OJenergy)simulationmodelisbuiltbyfiniteelementsoftware.Compared with the experiments,the strain prediction error of the model is less than 6% ,and the initial position of the crack can be accuratelycaptured,withgoodconsistency.Basedontheabovemodel,thewallthicknessoftheADC12 materialshellis optimized,IKsimulationofsellswithdirentwallicknesseisonducted,trainingsamplesforSupportVectoraches (SVM)is provided,andaregresiorelatioshipetweenwallthicknesandequivalent plastic strainisconstructedtoseek the minimumwallthickness meting with thestructural strength.Theimplementationof local lightweightdesignhasguiding significance for the research and development of similar products.
