Abstract:TheB-pillrof passenger vehicle,madeof highstrength steel withthick shee material,andwithspringbackof formingprocesslargerthanthatofthedrawing process,hasthedificultyindevelopingspringbackcompensationstrategyThis paper,basedonthecharacteristicsofB-pilaospringbackandproductionlineofforming processof acertainvehiclemodel, analyzes the springback ofall processbytheCAEsoftwareofAutoForm,developsthe strategiesfor springback post-formingto compensateoneself,thefinal sequencespringback torecompensatetheforming process,the final sequencespringback to recompensate the restrike process,and all die to be nested.All die nesting is constrained within 2mm ,and the final parts springback is controlled within ±0.5 mm.
