Abstract:Athree-dimensionalhuman-machineinteractiverobotsystembasedonvirtualreality(VR)technologyisdesigned anddevelopedtoaddressloweficiencyandhighlaborintensityinwindpowerinspection.TheVRmobilerobotcanprovidewind powerinspectorswithanimmersiveremotepresentation,andinteract with themobilerobotthroughahandheldcontroler.The remoteenvironmentisscannedandreconstructed inreal-timethroughaheadworn display.Asystem for VRmobilerobotsis designed and its platfor isbuilt.The systemplatformmainlyconducts controlexperimentsandtestsontherobot'shead,arms, andsmallcar.Theresultsshow thatthe mobilerobotsystembasedon VRtechnologyisreasonableandcanprovideanimmersive experience and feasible remote inspection path for remote wind power inspection.
