Abstract：AsthetraditionalDCdeicingtechnologyisdificult tobeapplied totheexisting overheadgroundlinedeicing，the automaticdeicing bymechanical vibration deviceon line becomesanecessarymeans.Thispaperdevelopsamobiledeicing device foroverhead ground wire，whose structure includes a walking mechanism，a pressing mechanism，an energy taking mechanismandanimpactdeicing mechanism，intwo states of walkinganddeicing.The linkage structureisused tocombinethe movementoftheclamping mechanismandthedeicingmechanism torealizethe lightweightofthedeicingdevice.Traditional deicing methodisreplacedbyairbomeimpactdeicing，whichimprovesthedeicingeficiencyandmaneuverability.Thedeveloped device，replacingthemanual，ealizesthelocaldeicingoperationonthegroundwire，wichavoidslinedancing，flashover，bumnd linebreakingandfalingpolecausedbyover thickgroundice，thusthepowersupplystabilityof thetransmisionlinebeingesured. 0 引言
每年11月份至次年2月份，我國(guó)大部分地區(qū)會(huì)出現(xiàn)大風(fēng)、暴雪等極端天氣，這些氣候環(huán)境容易導(dǎo)致輸電線路上形成厚重的冰雪層，這不僅會(huì)造成設(shè)備損壞和停電，甚至?xí)?dǎo)致導(dǎo)線斷線和桿塔傾斜等[1-3]，對(duì)安全運(yùn)行帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重威脅。（剩余5541字）
