Abstract：Arobtpackaging workstationisproposedaimingatreducingworkcostsandimproving productioneficiencyinmanual packaging.Accordingtoactual productionrequirements，thesizeparametersof each componentaredesignedandcalculated， each component is modledthrough UG，andeach component isassembled tooptimizethe workstation layout.With theMCD module，therobotsmotiontrajectory isplannedandadjusted basedonthesimulationresultsoftheworkstation.The proposed solutioncan efectivelydetecttherobot motion trajectoryabnormalitiesandreduce workstationoperation troubles.
