Research on Nonlinear Elastic Load Design of Large Civil Aircraft

Abstract：Basedontheactual engineringrequirements inloaddesign，anonlinearstaticaeroelastic trimminganalysisandload calculation methodforcivillargeaireraftisdeveloed.Acivilaircraftistakenasanexampletoanalyzethenonlinearstatic aeroelasticloadoflargedeformationstate，andthenonlineartrimanalysisandloaddesignresultsunderdiferentmanbeam stiffnessarestudiedandcompared.Researchshowsthatthereisasignificantdiferenceintheresultsoflinearandnolineartrim analysisunderlargedeformationconditions，resulting invaryingdegreesofatackangles，structuraldeformation，andload distributionacrosstheentireaireraft，which indicatesthatlinear methodscannotaccuratelyguideloaddesignaftersignificant structuraldeformationoccurs.Thecomparisonofthestiffnesscalculationresultsofdiferentmainbeamsontheshowsthatthe elasticloadcalculationresultsaredirectlyrelated tothestifnessofthewingmainbeam.Thesmalerthestifessofthemain beam，the greater the difference betweenlinear and nonlinear trimresults.
