Abstract：Thepaperanalyzes theexistingcomposting processofbisporus mushroomconcerningthelowdegreeofautomationin theindustrialplantingofmushroom，designstheautomaticcompostingproductionline，discussestheprocessofPLCalgorithmby usingthelocalobject-orientedprogramming methodundertheframeworkofstructured programming，andrealizesthescheduling switchof thecontrol programbetween diferent proceses intheproduction linebydesigning "state machine".Thecontrolsystem is designed withPLCascontrollerand touch screenashuman-computerinterface，whoseapplicationresultsshowthatthe production line is easy to control and stable inoperation with high eficiency
