裝備科研項(xiàng)目研制過程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析與管理研究

摘 要：隨著形勢(shì)發(fā)展的需要，重大型裝備必然朝著復(fù)雜化、實(shí)戰(zhàn)化的方向發(fā)展，研制的技術(shù)難度越大，潛在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也會(huì)越來越大?；谘b備科研項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)，分析裝備科研項(xiàng)目研制過程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，給出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的工作流程，提出提升風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理與控制的建議。

Risk Analysis and Management Reserch on Equipment Research Project Development

Abstract：In pace with the development of large equipments inevitablely in the direction of more complication and practical actual combat， the reserch and development technology concerned tend to be faced with greater difficulty and higher potential risks. Based on the characteristic of equipment research project， the risk of equipment research project development is analysed， the risk management workflow is given， and the suggestions for improving risk management and control are presented.

由于重大型裝備科研項(xiàng)目技術(shù)難度大，復(fù)雜程度高，具有時(shí)間跨度大、經(jīng)費(fèi)投入多、涉及領(lǐng)域多、參與單位與投入人員多、外部制約因素多等特點(diǎn)，使其研制過程存在較大的不確定性和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，任一環(huán)節(jié)出了問題，都可能對(duì)項(xiàng)目的研制周期、經(jīng)費(fèi)及功能性能指標(biāo)等帶來影響。（剩余4453字）
