雙層引緯機(jī)構(gòu)振動(dòng)系統(tǒng)建模研究

摘 要：為解決雙層劍桿織機(jī)質(zhì)量的雙層引緯機(jī)構(gòu)振動(dòng)問題，建立雙層引緯機(jī)構(gòu)的劍輪-劍桿-氣墊導(dǎo)軌沖擊振動(dòng)剛?cè)狁詈蟿?dòng)力學(xué)模型，進(jìn)行劍桿的瞬態(tài)振動(dòng)特性仿真分析，設(shè)計(jì)振動(dòng)測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)對(duì)仿真模型參數(shù)進(jìn)行修正，為后續(xù)雙層劍桿織機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)和改進(jìn)提供了精準(zhǔn)的仿真模型。

Research on Vibration Modeling of Double-Layer Weft Insertion Mechanism

Abstract：To solve the vibration problem of double-layer weft insertion mechanism of double-layer rapier loom， this paper establishes the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of double-layer weft insertion mechanism of sword wheel-rapier-air cushion guide impact vibration， conducts the simulation analysis of rapier transient vibration characteristics， and designs the vibration test platform to modify the parameters of the simulation model. The reserch presents an accurate simulation model for the design and improvement of double-layer rapier loom.

0 引言

工程織物用雙層劍桿織機(jī)是目前較先進(jìn)的制造設(shè)備，由于齒輪齒條的嚙合振動(dòng)與傳動(dòng)軸的往復(fù)扭轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng)［1］，高速往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)的劍桿會(huì)發(fā)生劇烈振動(dòng)，嚴(yán)重影響了雙層劍桿織機(jī)的工作穩(wěn)定性，降低了織物質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率。（剩余3180字）
