Analysis of the Effect of the Whole-process Standardized Accompanied Nursing by Midwives on the Pregnancy Outcome of Parturients with Painless Delivery

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of the whole-procestandardized accompanied nursing by midwives on the nursing efect and pregnancy outcomeof the parturients in painless delivery. Methods:1,350 parturients who underwent painless delivery in Guiyang Huaxi District People's Hospital of Guizhou Province from January 2021 to September 2024 were randomly divided into thecontrolgroup and the observation group,with 675cases in each group.The control group was given routine delivery nursing,and the observation group was given whole-process standardized accompanied nursing by midwives.The psychological state and complication rate before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidenceoffetal distress,maternaldepresionandother complications in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the improvement of adverse psychological state after nursing in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group (P
