Key Points of Standardized Quality Control for Nondestructive Testing in Periodic Inspection of Pressure Pipelines

Abstract： Under thebackgroundofaccelerating modernizationproces，thesafetyandstabilityofpressure pipeline，asan importantcomponentofdiferentindustrial productionsystems，hasaveryimportantroleandsignificance forthesmooth development of production process.This paper focuses on the quality control of nondestructive testing in the periodic inspection ofpressure pipelines.Ianalyzes the current situationandcurrent standards，points out the existing defciencies of personnel，equipment and materials，and processexecution，and proposes standardized qualitycontrol strategies， including personnel management，equipmentand materialsontrol，and process executionsupervision.Itisexpcted to improve inspection quality stability，optimize efficiency costs，and enhance compliance and credibility.
