Abstract： Drug rehabilitation is an important component in theconstruction ofarule-of-law society.By establishing a standardssystemfordrugrehabilitationicompulsoryisolationdrugrehabilitationcenters，wecaneffectivelyguide theorderly advancementof drugrehabilitationstandardization workand enhancetheefectiveness ofrehabilitation efforts.This article analyzes thecurrent statusofdrug rehabilitation standards，constructs afundamental framework forthe drug rehabilitation standardssystembasedontheMinistryofJustice'sunified“Four ZonesandFive Centers”modelfordrugrehabilitation work.It also proposeskeyprioritiesfordiferentstagesofdrugrehabilitation，providingafoundationfordevelopingdrugrehabilitation standards.
