Application of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction in Standardized Nursing of Patients with Peptic Ulcer

Abstract： Objective： To investigate the efect of mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy in standardized nursing of patients with peptic ulcer.Methods： Atotalof80patients with peptic ulcer admitted to theFirst People's Hospital ofLixian County，Longnan City， Gansu Province from February 2021 to February 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and theexperimental group，with 40 cases ineach group.The control group received routine nursing service，and the experimental group received mindfulness-based stressreduction therapy based on standardized nursing.Negative emotions and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. Results： The two emotionalscoresof the experimental group were significantly beter than those of the control groupafter intervention， P<0.05 .The compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group during the intervention period （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The application of mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy in the standardized nursing of patients with peptic ulcer has significant eect，which can efectively reduce the negative emotions of patients and improve the compliance of patients during treatment， and is worth promoting.
