Observation of Curative Effect of Qinggan Jianpi Decoction Combined with Methimazole Tablets in the Standardized Treatment of Hyperthyroidism

Abstract： Objective：To investigate the clinical efectof Qinggan Jianpi Decoction combined with methimazole tablet inthe standardized treatmentofhyperthyroidism.Methods： Atotal of70hyperthyroidism patients admited to Dingxi Hospital，Afiliated Hospital ofChangchun Universityof Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2023 to September 2O24 were randomly divided into the study groupand the control group，with 35 cases in each group，to analyze the efectof different treatment methods.Results： The clinical therapeutic efect of the study group was high （P<0.05） .The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups （P>0.05） .Aftertreatment，TSH of the study group washigher than thatofthecontrol group，andthyroid function indexes such asFT3，F(xiàn)T4，TT3 and TT4 of the study group were lower than those of the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：Qinggan Jianpi Decoction combined withmethimazole tabletscanimprove thyroid functionand efficacyinpatientswith hyperthyroidism，and it is safe and worthy of clinical application.
