Research on the Method of Determining Ni, Pb, and Cd in Food by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy

Abstract:Inorder tostudytheaplicationofatomicabsorptionspectroscopyinthedetectionofheavymetalelements (Ni, Pb,andCd)infood,thisarticletakespeanutsamplesastheresearchectandusesco-precipitationmethodcombinedwith flame atomic absorptionspectroscopy(AAS)to analyze theheavy metal elements inpeanuts.Itanalyzes the working curves, detection limits,andspikedrecoveryratesof standardsolutions with diferentconcentrations.Theresultsshowthatthecontent ofNi,Pb,andCdrespectivelyinpeautsamplesdoesnotexeedthelmitvalueofthenationalfoodaetystandard(GB276- 2022),verifying theapplicabilityofthis method in food safety testing.
