Abstract: This article aims to explore the construction and practice of class management standards in compulsory education under the conceptof fostering virtues and cultivating people.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of class management,a class management standard based on the core concept of cultivating morality and talents isconstructedand implemented to enhance students’moral qualities,learning enthusiasm,and classcohesion, laying a solid foundation for cultivating socialist buildersand succesors with comprehensive development of morality, intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,andlabor skills.
