Abstract:Inmodern organizationmanagement,rulesandregulationsand management standardsarethekeyelements to ensure the eficientoperationofanorganization.At present,therules andregulations of most enterprisesarecomplete, but theconstruction of management standards is stillinsuficient.Byclarifyingthedifferentrolesandinteractionsof rules,regulationsand management standards in enterprise management,this paper explores the existing problems in the constructionof management standards inenterprisepractice,andsummarizes feasibleconstructionpathsaiming toimprove the standardization level of enterprise management and realize theoptimization,upgrading and sustainable development of managementsystem.It provides theoretical supportand practical guidance for enterprises to move forward steadily in he complex and changeable market environment.
