DING Weiping1YANG Jinzhong2LIWenjie1LIU Fenglian1 KANG Lin1 (1.Binzhou Inspection and Testing Center; 2.Yangxin County Comprehensive Inspection and Testing Center) Abstract: Inordertostandardizetheinspectionofanionic syntheticdetergentsindisinfectedtablewareand promote thehealthy andbenigndevelopmentof thecateringindustry,thisarticlesystematicallyanalyzesthejudgmentandinspectionstandardsfor anionic syntheticdtergentsindisinfectedtableware inChina.Researchindicates thatecurrntnationalfodsafetystandards fordisinfectedtablewarehaveexcessvelyhighrequirements foranionicsyntheticdetergents,leading toahighrateof noncompliance intherandominspectionofdisinfectedtablewareandafectingthenormaloperationofrestaurants.Differentesting institutinshavediferentunderstandingsofsomeaspectsofthemethylenebluespectrophotometrymethod,whichisneofthe testing methods,andtheamountofsample solutionused during actual testing is inconsistent.Inlightof the actual situation in China,it issuggestedthatthe nationalstandardforfoodsafetyofdisinfectedtablewareshouldberevisedassoonasposible, therequirementsforanionicsynthticdetergentsshouldbelowered,theinspectionmethodsshouldbeupdated,andtherelevant content of methylene blue spectrophotometry should be more clearly stipulated.
