Standardization of Measurement and Construction of Food Quality and Safety Guarantee System for People's Livelihood

Abstract：Thispaper focuses onthe important fieldof measurement standardizationandtheconstructionoflivelihood food qualityandsafetyguarantee system.After in-depthanalysisof thecurrnt situationof the food industryandthecurrent standards，it is foundthatthere are many problems that cannot be ignored，such as measurement and detection accuracy cannot meet theactual needs，andthere is alsoanon-uniform phenomenon in theimplementationof the standard，which bringshallengestofoodsafety.Inviewofthis，thispaperputs forwardstrategiessuchasstrengtheningmetrologicaltechnical specifications and optimizing the standards system.Practice has proved that these strategies can significantly improve the acuracyoffoodqualitymonitoring，furtherenhancetheeffciencyofsupervision，and thusbuildasolidsupportforesuring people's livelihood food safety.
