Study on the Standardization of Urban Smart Centralized Heating under the Carbon Peak and Neutrality Goals

Abstract: Under the guidanceof thestrategic goals ofcarbon peak and neutrality,thesmarturbancentralized heating system has become a keychannel toachieve the goalof energy conservationand consumptionreduction,so the standardization research ofthesystemis particularlyurgent.This paper explores indepththeimportanceofthestandardizationprocess ofsmart heating,andanalyzes thedeeprelationsipbetweenthedualcarbongoalsandsmartheating.Furthermore,thispaperdiscuses in detail the profoundimpactofthe dualcarbon goalsonthe heating fieldand the positiveroleofsmart heating in promoting energy conservationand emision reductionand improving energy efciency.Italso proposes asmart heating standardization frameworkthatadapts tothedualcarbonstrategycoveringthedesignconcept,corecontentandimplementationstrategy.The researchrevealsthatstandardizationwork isundoubtedlythecoreapproachtopromote thecontiuous progresofsmartheating and help achieve the double carbon goals.

面對(duì)全球氣候變化挑戰(zhàn)的加劇，我國(guó)積極推出了旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)“碳達(dá)峰”與“碳中和”的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，即“雙碳”計(jì)劃，這一計(jì)劃對(duì)眾多行業(yè)提出了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)與新的發(fā)展要求。（剩余4867字）
