Uncertainty Analysis of pH Meter Indication Error Measurement Result for Acid-base Analysis of Wastewater

Abstract：pHis themainindex stipulated inthecompulsory national standards GB8978-1996andGB18918-2002.pHmeter is awidelyusedchemicalanalysis instrument，which isameasuring instrument for measuring pHvalue.Inorder toensure accuracy and reliability of pH measurement value，and objectively reflect pH of wastewater， laboratory pH meter used for acid-baseanalysisof wastewater wasstudiedand uncertaintyof pHindicationerror wasanalyzed.Experimentalresults show that pH indication error is -0.Ol（pH） and expanded uncertainty is 0.02（pH） ，which meets requirements. This study provides effective reference for technical personnel to ensure accuracy and reliability of pH measurement， and plays an important role in environmental protection.
