摘 要：隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展以及人們生活節(jié)奏的不斷加快，預制菜行業(yè)飛速發(fā)展，前景廣闊。但受眾多因素的影響，我國預制菜行業(yè)仍處于前期探索階段。本文通過介紹預制菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)狀，對預制菜發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢及現(xiàn)存問題進行了分析，以期為預制菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供新思路與新方向。

Development Analysis and Future Prospects of Prepared Dishes Industry

Abstract： With the development of the economy and the continuous acceleration of people’s pace of life， the prepared dishes industry is developing rapidly and has broad prospects. However， due to multiple factors affecting the audience， the prepared dishes industry in China is still in the early exploration stage. This article introduces the development process and current situation of the prepared dishes industry， analyzes the advantages and existing problems of the prepared dishes development， in order to provide new ideas and directions for the development of the prepared dishes industry.
