食品生產(chǎn)許可現(xiàn)場(chǎng)核查技術(shù)規(guī)程
摘 要:目前我國(guó)食品企業(yè)實(shí)行生產(chǎn)許可準(zhǔn)入制度,本文從核查人員的視角,介紹了食品生產(chǎn)許可現(xiàn)場(chǎng)核查工作的流程及方法技巧,以期為建設(shè)高水平、職業(yè)化的生產(chǎn)許可核查及監(jiān)管隊(duì)伍提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo),同時(shí)能夠提高食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)管理人員的合規(guī)管理水平。

Technical Regulations for On-Site Verification of Food Production License

Abstract: At present, China’s food enterprises implement a production permit access system. This article introduces the process, methods, and skills of on-site inspection of food production permits from the perspective of inspectors. It aims to provide technical guidance for building a high-level and professional production permit inspection and supervision team, while also improving the compliance management level of food production enterprise management personnel.
