Research on the Detection and Removal Technology of Heavy Metal Pollutants in Food

Abstract: This paper focuses on the detection methods and removal techniques of heavy metal contaminants in food. The common food heavy metal pollutants and their potential effects on human health were described, the detection technologies of heavy metal pollutants were analyzed, and the removal technologies of various heavy metal pollutants were deeply studied, including chemical methods, biological methods and physical methods, in order to provide a more comprehensive reference and guidance for food safety management and public health.
