摘 要:近年來,人們的生活水平得到了顯著提升,餐飲企業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)模和營業(yè)額也顯著增加,食品安全也隨之受到了高度重視。在這樣的背景下,餐飲企業(yè)如何在保證食品安全的同時進行成本控制是值得思考的問題。本文就此展開探索,希望為餐飲類企業(yè)的長足發(fā)展提供參考。
