基于專利淺析酒類檢測技術(shù)手段應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀

摘 要：酒類作為日常剛性消費品，尤其是白酒、葡萄酒，其個人消費占比大幅提升，質(zhì)量問題備受關(guān)注。本文從近年來國內(nèi)發(fā)明專利申請情況分析酒類檢測技術(shù)手段在白酒、葡萄酒檢測中的應(yīng)用，旨在為規(guī)范我國酒類的質(zhì)量安全提供參考。

Analysis of the Application Status of Alcohol Detection Technology Based on Patents

Abstract： As a daily rigid consumer product， especially spirit and wine， the proportion of personal consumption of it has increased significantly， and its quality issues are much concerned. This paper analyzes the application of alcohol detection technology in spirit and wine detection from the domestic invention patent applications in recent years， so as  to provide a reference for regulating the quality and safety of alcohol in China.
