食品添加劑檢測(cè)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀
摘 要:在食品加工過程中,需要應(yīng)用添加劑對(duì)食品進(jìn)行輔助加工,不僅可以使食品的保存時(shí)間更長(zhǎng),還可以提升食品的口感,使食品的生產(chǎn)效率進(jìn)一步提高。但在實(shí)際的應(yīng)用中,如果濫用食品添加劑,就會(huì)造成一定的危害,因此本文深入分析了食品添加劑檢測(cè)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,希望可以引起相關(guān)部門的重視。

Application Status of Food Additive Testing Technology

Abstract: In the process of food processing, additives need to be used for auxiliary processing of food, which can not only prolong the storage time of food, but also improve the taste of food and further improve the production efficiency of food. However, in practical application, if food additives are abused, it will cause certain harm. Therefore, this paper deeply analyzes the application status of food additive detection technology, hoping to attract the attention of relevant departments.
