食品工程中化學污染的控制策略

摘 要：食品安全問題一直是人們關注的熱點話題。隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高，人們對食品安全也提出了更高的標準，既要優(yōu)質又要安全、營養(yǎng)。本文以食品工程為背景，探討食品工程中化學污染的危害，分析導致食品工程化學污染的原因，并提出有效的控制策略，以供參考。

Control Strategy of Chemical Pollution in Food Engineering

Abstract： Food safety has always been a hot topic of concern. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards， people have also put forward higher standards for food safety， calling for high-quality， safe and nutritious food. Based on the background of food engineering， this paper discusses the harm of chemical pollution in food engineering， analyzes the causes of chemical pollution in food engineering， and puts forward effective control strategies for reference.
