政府監(jiān)管與食品質(zhì)量安全

摘 要：為加強政府對食品質(zhì)量安全的監(jiān)督與管理工作，本文對食品質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管合規(guī)性體系的內(nèi)容和理論框架加以闡述，對政府監(jiān)管背景下食品質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)督與管理工作存在的問題進行分析，并提出相應的解決辦法，以更好地保證食品安全。
