地鐵列車(chē)齒輪箱換油周期探究

摘要：地鐵列車(chē)齒輪箱作為驅(qū)動(dòng)單元的重要組成部件，其內(nèi)部齒輪箱油質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣直接影響到其性能，本文以武漢地鐵6號(hào)線齒輪箱為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)齒輪箱油的更換周期進(jìn)行探究，在保障齒輪箱正常工作的情況下，避免過(guò)度維護(hù)，研究結(jié)果表明，齒輪箱油的更換周期可定為兩年，可以為地鐵列車(chē)齒輪箱油的更換周期提供參考。

Abstract： The gearbox of metro train is an important component of the driving unit，The quality of internal gearbox oil directly affects its performance，This paper takes the gearbox of Wuhan Metro Line 6 as the research object， and explores the oil replacement cycle of the gearbox ，In the case of ensuring the normal operation of the gearbox， avoid excessive maintenance，The results show that the replacement cycle of gearbox oil can be set as 2 years， which can provide a reference for the replacement cycle of metro train gearbox oil.

1 概述

隨著國(guó)家的高速發(fā)展，越來(lái)越多的城市開(kāi)通了軌道交通，在軌道交通高速發(fā)展的背后，如何保障列車(chē)運(yùn)行安全成為一項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵工作，列車(chē)運(yùn)行安全主要包括列車(chē)牽引安全，列車(chē)制動(dòng)安全、列車(chē)車(chē)門(mén)安全等，為了更好的保障列車(chē)安全運(yùn)營(yíng)，需要定期對(duì)列車(chē)進(jìn)行全方位的維護(hù)，保障各系統(tǒng)在健康的狀態(tài)下工作。（剩余1625字）
