Neighborhood variant chimp multipeak optimization algorithm and its application

Abstract：Inorder to solvemultipeak optimization problem，it requires as many global optimal solutionsas possble and high precision，thealgorithmisrequired tocordinatethediversityandconvergenceof thepopulationandalsohavestrongglobal search capability.Therefore，this paper proposedneighborhoodvariant chimpmultipeak optimizationalgorithm.Itincluded threeinnovativepoints.Multivariant neighborhoodoriented guidance mechanismcould increasepopulationdiversitybyrandom variationandthebestpositionvariationcouldgradualllocatetheglobaloptimalsolutionwithindiferentsugroups，tusavidingindividualsfaling intolocaloptima.Globalforwardvectorperturbationmechanismutilizedthestorageofmorepotential evolutionarydirectionsforthecurrntindividualsduringtheevolutionprocess，andgeneratednewofspringindirections，nabledthepopulation to graduallyconverge towards the global optimalsolution，improved itssolution accuracy.Mechanismof parametersdynamicadjustmenteffectivelyreducedthesensitivityof thealgorithm toparameters.Finaly，typicaltestfunctins wereusedforvalidation.Simulationresult showsalgorithmperforms wellinvarious testfunctions，caneffctivelyhandlecomplex multipeakoptimizationproblems.

多峰優(yōu)化問題在各個領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用廣泛，如在全國高鐵車輛運輸?shù)恼{(diào)度問題中，要根據(jù)節(jié)假日不同乘客的出行情況、不同車站的發(fā)車能力等，對高鐵進(jìn)行合理的安排和調(diào)度，在不同時節(jié)下采用多種不同的發(fā)車機(jī)制，既能滿足乘客需要又能節(jié)省運營成本。（剩余21873字）
