Abstract：Inresponsetotheinsuficientintegrationofideologicalandpoliticaleducationintraditionalcorecoursesofwater conservancyandprofesionalcourseteaching，TianjinUniversitytakesthecourseof"HydropowerStation"asanexampleto constructa"onecore，twowings，andfourdrives"courseideologicalandpoliticalsystem，focusingonstudentdevelopmentand adheringtothe"core"ofmoraleducationandtalentcultivation.Thispaperdeeplyexplorestheideologicalandpoliticalelements ofeachchapterofthecurrculum，andpromotesthesimultaneousvibrationandcloseintegrationofprofessonalcoursesand ideologicalandpolticalcousestroughhefourdrives"ofteachingclassoomsinteshippracticclasrooms，virtualsiulation experimentclasrooms，andlecturehalls（branch Partycoursesandexpertlecturehall）.Throughrecentyearsofpractical application，studentsinterestinlearingwaterconservancycourseshasbeenefctivelyenanced，theircomprehensiveabilis andocialistcorevalueshavebeenimproved.Theresearchprovidesreferenceandpracticalaplicationfortheideologicaland political construction of core courses in waterconservancy under the background of new enginering disciplines.
