Abstract：Onthebasisof in-depthexplorationoftherichcootationof educatorspirit，thispaperstudiesthevalueimplication ofeducatorspirittohedevelopmentofcollgeteachers，especiallheoleofimprovingthedeologicalandpolicalabilityof colege teachersInordertoachievethisgoal，theresearchadoptsthemethodofcombiningtheorywithpractice，andpointsoutthe currentpracticalallegesfcedbycollegeteachsineimpovemntofuuluieologcaladolitcalabilitysucaste lackofabilitymodel，thelackofideologicalandpoliticalelementsminingabilitytheimperfectevaluationmechanismandthe imperfectcoordinationmechanism.Finallthispaperputsforwardspecificactionpaths，suchasbuildingatheoreticalmodelof teachingabilitypromotingthesharingofeducatioalresources，reformingtheassessentandevaluationmechanismandperfecting thecordinationmechanism，withthecoreoftheconstructionofteachersethics.Theaimofthestudyistoenrichthespiritual connotationofcollgeteachers'curriculumthinkingandpolitics，improvetheirteachingabilityofcurriculumideologyandpolitics， and promote the conformal development of higher education through the guidance of educators‘ spirit.
