Abstract：Theconstructionoffirst-classundergraduatecourses isanimportantactionof theMinistryofEducation todeepen thereforofhighereducationteachingandimprovethequalityofteaching.Thecoreofnationalfirst-classspecialtyconstruction underthebackgroundofnewengineeringisinnovationanddevelopment.BasedonthepracticalexperienceofPolymerMaterials courseformanyyears，thispapercomprehensivelycombsthepracticalconstructionexperienceoffirst-classundergraduatecourse constructionandonlineandoflinemixedteaching，andintroducestheinovativeteachingreformofthecorecoursePolymer Materialsnationalfrst-classundergraduatecourseofcompositematerialsandengineeringspecialtyfromfiveaspects：teaching concept，courseobjectives，teachingcontent，teaching modeandevaluationsystem，aimingtoprovidesomereferenceforthe construction of similar courses.
