Abstract：Theimplementationof ideologicalandpolicaleducationinengineringcourseswiththecoreconceptofOBE stillfaceschallngessuchasnotmeetingtheneedofstudentslackinganevaluationmchanismforcontinuousimprovement，and lackingsystematicplanning.Thispaperreflectsontheaboveissues，analyzesthemainproblemsofideologicalandpolitical educatiointheteachingprocessofenvironmentalengineeringmajors，andproposesthepossbleimprovementsolutions.It elaboratesontheimplementationideasandprocessofideologicalandpoliticaleducation.Theauthoratemptstoconstructa continuousimprovement-orientedideologicalandpiticaleducationsystemforengineeringmajors.Theresultswouldpromotethe deepintegrationofideologicalandpoliticaleducationwiththeOBEconcept.Thestudyalsoadvancestheconstructionofthe conotationofideolgicalandpoliticaleducation.Finall，animplementationmodelofideologicalandpolicaleducationwith professional attributes would gradually form.
