Abstract:TheancientChinese teachersprofesional moralculture containsabundantresourcesforcultivating teachers profesionalidealsandbeliefs.TheintegrationofancientChineseteachersprofesionalmoralcultureintothecultivationof profesionalidealsandbeliefsofnormaluniversitystudentsintheneweracangrasptheorientationofthecultivationof profesionalidealsandeliefsoformaluniversitystudents,awakentheirteachersubjectivityandfacilitatetheinherianceof ancientChineseteachers'profesionalmoralculture.TheintegrationofancientChineseteachersprofessionalmoralcultureinto thecultivationofprofesionalidealsandbeliefsofnormaluniversitystudentsintheneweracanbeachievedthroughpromoting thesocialtrendof"respectingteachersandvaluingeducation",creatingthemainresponsibilityofteachers’colegesand universities,andusingteachersprofesional moralculturetoconsciouslyawakenandstimulatethemainconsciousnessand endogenous motivation of normal university students.
