Abstract：TheancientChinese teachersprofesional moralculture containsabundantresourcesforcultivating teachers profesionalidealsandbeliefs.TheintegrationofancientChineseteachersprofesionalmoralcultureintothecultivationof profesionalidealsandbeliefsofnormaluniversitystudentsintheneweracangrasptheorientationofthecultivationof profesionalidealsandeliefsoformaluniversitystudents，awakentheirteachersubjectivityandfacilitatetheinherianceof ancientChineseteachers'profesionalmoralculture.TheintegrationofancientChineseteachersprofessionalmoralcultureinto thecultivationofprofesionalidealsandbeliefsofnormaluniversitystudentsintheneweracanbeachievedthroughpromoting thesocialtrendof"respectingteachersandvaluingeducation"，creatingthemainresponsibilityofteachers’colegesand universities，andusingteachersprofesional moralculturetoconsciouslyawakenandstimulatethemainconsciousnessand endogenous motivation of normal university students.
