Abstract：Outcomes-basedEducation（OBE）isakeymethodof engineringeducation.Inthecontextof thenewengineering curiculumconstruction，promotingthereformofengineeingcuriculumteachinghasbecomethecorecontentofhigher education.Thispaperanalyzesthemain problemsintheprocess ofengineringteachingandsystematicallysummarizesthe practicalapplicationandmethodsof engineeringcoursesunder theconceptofOBEeducationfrom theaspectsof teacher training，engineeinginnovationandentrepreneurship，andconstructionofprofessionalteachingqualityassurancesystemin combinationwithspecificengineeringcoursecases.TheteachingreformofengineringcoursesbasedonOBEmethodnotonly needstobestudent-centeredandachievemoreresultsthrough theeducationreformprocess，butalsofurtherexploresthe implementationpathofengineeringcourseteachingreformandconstructsabeterpracticaleducationsystem toaddressthelngstanding pain points in course teaching.
