Abstract:Outcomes-basedEducation(OBE)isakeymethodof engineringeducation.Inthecontextof thenewengineering curiculumconstruction,promotingthereformofengineeingcuriculumteachinghasbecomethecorecontentofhigher education.Thispaperanalyzesthemain problemsintheprocess ofengineringteachingandsystematicallysummarizesthe practicalapplicationandmethodsof engineeringcoursesunder theconceptofOBEeducationfrom theaspectsof teacher training,engineeinginnovationandentrepreneurship,andconstructionofprofessionalteachingqualityassurancesystemin combinationwithspecificengineeringcoursecases.TheteachingreformofengineringcoursesbasedonOBEmethodnotonly needstobestudent-centeredandachievemoreresultsthrough theeducationreformprocess,butalsofurtherexploresthe implementationpathofengineeringcourseteachingreformandconstructsabeterpracticaleducationsystem toaddressthelngstanding pain points in course teaching.
